Acharya Sushil Gurve Namah
Siddhachalam Summer 2018 Arhum Youth Camp Concluded!
Guruji once said in 1985
Behind the history of all religions is youth. Wherever there is faith and hope, there is youth. Youth is responsible for all kinds of stories – good and bad.
……..Lord Mahavir began a big revolution for society; he did this when he was young. The same is true of Lord Buddha. You can read the history of nation in the East or West and you will find youth are responsible for all kinds of change.
………My dear students, our subject is how we can grow, how we can develop. Mahavir taught national character. My dear, think what is your duty.
Siddhachalam concluded its Summer 2018 Arhum Youth Camp this past Sunday, August 5th. The attendees enjoyed yoga, meditation, class on Jain way of life, vegan cooking, outdoor sports, chanting, Shikharji Scavenger hunt etc. The camp started on Friday, August 3rd afternoon with icebreaker activities and wrapped up on Sunday with kids writing notes for each other on their camp handbooks to take back as memories until they meet again.

Please encourage such teenagers you know to sign up for this fantastic volunteer and learning opportunity at http://www.siddhachalam.org/arhumyc/ This will enable us to provide even more enjoyable experience to our campers while strengthening our already excellent Arhum Youth Camps.
